It’s a secret dream of mine to photograph food for somebody’s cookbook one day. The problem? My food photos are sorely subpar. Sure, I can take a photo of a plateful of food, but so can anybody. I want stunning photos. Photos that make the viewer suddenly starving. Suddenly drooling. Suddenly in the kitchen. And so this is me practicing food photos. Expect a whole slew of food posts in the coming weeks as I cook and shoot my way to perfection.
Also, I’m going to need to find myself some nicer props than just the plates we already have in our apartment. Where the heck I get those though… well, I’m just going to have to work on it. ha ha :)

Brie and Apple Quesadillas
Toast corn tortillas in a pan until lightly browned.
Spread a little dijon mustard on one side of each tortilla.
Layer with Brie cheese, thinly sliced apple, and arugula.
Fold in half and toast in the pan until cheese is melted, arugula is wilted, and tortilla is slightly crispy.
Enjoy! Yum! :D
