{food} Il Cane Rosso, San Francisco

Serving only fresh and local ingredients, all served homemade to order and hot off the grill, Il Cane Rosso is definitely a restaurant I’ll be heading back to soon. We shared a delicious beef brisket sandwich slathered with some kind of amazing tomato sauce and peppered with a wonderful array of flavors and spices. We also had an amazing celery root and olive tampanade soup. Sweet and savory, we ate  it by small mouthfuls, savoring the flavor and the view for as long as we could. :)

Really though, I was so impressed by all of the places in the Ferry Building and I can’t wait to go back and visit each and every one as soon as possible. Check out my photos from that day at the Farmer’s Market too; I’ve been working on taking photos of people I don’t know (it looks better than it sounds) and I want feedback! :)
