First off, I want to say a HUGE thank you to Beverly Nevalga, the President of the San Francisco chapter of ProjectbyProject for finding my work online and inviting me to come and document this wonderful event. I had such a fantastic time and I am so excited to share my images with her and the rest of the team! :D
Secondly, I owe a big thank you to Tastespotting, the online food blogger’s site, for allowing Beverly to find me! I’ve had some wonderful opportunities and people come to me via this site and this event was absolutely no exception. Thank you! :D
ProjectbyProject is a great organization based out of Los Angeles, New York City, and my beloved San Francisco. They work with local organizations to provide an awesome support network and helpful fundraising expertise to local non profit organizations that benefit the Asian American community.
PlatebyPlate was held at the Bently Reserve in San Francisco on Friday, September 16th, in the evening. It was a high class evening that featured food and wine tastings from some of the Bay Area’s top chefs and sommeliers. And, let me tell you, it was fabulous. I ate lots of wonderful food, tasted many delicious wines (and unforgettable limoncello!), and chatted with some wonderful people.
Thank you for an unforgettable evening! I look forward to working with any one of the awesome people I met again. :D
