I hope I haven’t bored you too much with all of my work related posts! I have shot grad sessions of so many pretty girls recently and beyond that I am looking forward to sharing images from not one but two gorgeous weddings I have had the pleasure of shooting recently. On top of all that, I graduated not too long ago AND it’s moving week here in Berkeley (I’m heading back to Half Moon Bay on June 1st!) and so it’s just been a few weeks of go go go! Lots of fun and I’m thankful for all of the opportunities I’ve had recently, but I’m really looking forward to a little R+R and some fun adventuring. :)
Speaking of adventuring, Sam and I spent a day last week bicycling from the Embarcadero Station near the Ferry Building allll the way down (up?) to the Golden Gate Bridge and across. We stopped a few times for photos and to appreciate the view and on the other side we sat on the wall and ate a few oranges. It was fabulous – a perfect, warm, blue day – and there’s nothing I like more than eating oranges with my best friend while ogling one of the prettiest San Francisco landmarks around.
It was perfect timing, too! San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge turned 75 years old this past Sunday! I missed the fireworks for a wedding (I was a guest, not a professional! get that!) but we still had our time in the sunshine celebrating and I’m happy for that.
Happy 75th, Golden Gate! <3

p.s. When nothing too exciting is happening, I still take photos of things I think are pretty on Instagram. It’s more of a daily life feed than anything else, but if you’re interested I’m at @simone_anne :)
