These are delicious. Thanks to Jessie for making the… they all disappeared in a matter of days. (They’ll do the same when you make them, trust me.)

White Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut, and Cranberry Cookies, adapted from a recipe in Bon Appetit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sift together three cups of flour, 1 tablespoon baking soda, and 3/4 teaspoon salt in one bowl.

In another bowl, beat two sticks of butter until fluffy. Add one cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cup white sugar. Continue beating. Beat in two eggs, one at a time. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Incorporate the flour mixture from the first bowl into the second one. When mixed well, add the macadamia nuts (1 cup, coarsely chopped), cranberries (one and a half cups, dried) and white chocolate chips (one and a half cups).

Bake for 15-18 minutes.
