Oh my goodness. Pie in the Sky at Rock Creek Lake in Bishop is to die for delicious. People bike up there, drive up there, hike up there… it’s seriously stunning scenery and amazing pie. The place is full of nice people, outdoor charm, and an amazing view from the back deck. You can order dinner, buy trailmix, or leave a deposit for firewood.
I had banana cream pie (if you know me, you know that’s what I order every single time I even think about getting a slice of pie) and the boys each had a slice of Mud Pie (it’s made of ice cream and chocolate and goodness knows what else and it’s amazing).
Get yourself up there. Get yourself pie.
