Paris Elopement Photographer
Dispatches from your Paris elopement photographer: Waking at dawn to beat the crowds, watching the sun rise over the city and touch the Eiffel Tower, laughter and joy with these two incredibly wonderful humans on such a special morning, & a really excellent Paris croissant to close things out at the end of the shoot. This day and this Paris elopement could not have been more perfect; being a Paris elopement photographer is a dream come true. A total dream in every way.
We started their photos in front of the Eiffel Tower. Zoé and Kevin live in Paris and are happy to call the city home, but they don’t always get up early to watch the sun rose over the tower. It’s a bit of a tourist spot, as you can imagine, but it’s famous for a reason: “Gosh, this is so pretty! We should do this more often!” Zoé kept saying during their elopement photo session. I hope they do! It’s only the most romantic.
After we capture the sunrise over the city the the Eiffel Tower, we headed down towards the Seine. Paris’ famous river winds through the city nearby and during the Fall, when they eloped here, the banks were bright with gold leaves. I loved watching the morning light twinkle on the river water and the rustle of the leaves as a breeze blew through. Paris is always magical, but it’s fun to imagine that it’s the prettiest when you’re there (I think you’re bound to be always right… haha!); Paris in the Fall is a total dream come true.
It’s safe to say that I’m obsessed with everything about these two and about being their Paris elopement photographer.
