Jesssica and Patrick’s San Francisco City Hall wedding was absolutely one for the books. Just the two of them (& me!), they celebrated their marriage with a beautiful and simple ceremony at San Francisco City Hall in the morning and then headed to the Giants v. Dodgers season opener baseball game in the afternoon. All in all, a perfect day.
We arrived early to take photos before their appointments so that they could head off for a rest and the ball game right after the ceremony. Jessica is eight months pregnant in these photos and I absolutely love the way Patrick looks after her and looks out for his son.
Plus these railings are too pretty. Why don’t we make more things like this anymore?!
And the windows, too? Dreamy! Love these, showing off Jessica’s belly. <3 
Her flowers were simple and stunning. I love the soft white and pinks. The roses smelled amazing and I love ranunculus – they’re my favorite flower!
Their ring set was SO pretty. I absolutely love Jessica’s diamond engagement ring. And paired with the band with its own bling? Too good. Swoon!

It was seriously a perfect morning.
Next we took a little break from photos to get them checked in and get their marriage license ready for signing later.
Then we headed up to the fourth floor, which has stunning high ceilings, big windows, and beautiful arches. I absolutely love the images we created here.

And a few snuggles with baby. 
This moment was a favorite. While making photos of the two of them together with Patrick’s hands on Jessica’s belly, they felt their son kick. It was a perfect moment of delight – both of their faces lit up and they laughed with joy. It was lovely.

When we finished up with portraits of the two of them, we headed back down to the Clerk’s office to get checked in and ready for their ceremony.
Even after a morning of excitement, these moments of waiting can be the most exciting sometimes, full of anticipation and happiness.
