Emily and Graeme’s California Scottish wedding at the Gardens at Heather Farms was a true gem of a day. These two are so sweet and kind, always going out of their way to check on their friends, family, guests, and just generally enjoy their loved ones. Graeme is Scottish-American and wore a kilt for this special day: it was such a good touch and such a fun way to celebrate heritage and culture. Emily’s dress, with its embellishments down the front and sweet lady shoulders, was a total dream. Throw in a rad pair of shoes and we’ll call it a total win! Such a good day.
On top of that, there were touching toasts, sweet kisses in the garden at golden hour, and one of the most chill, laid back, super fun wedding receptions of all time. It felt like summer out and the deck was warm as the sun set and the moon came out, as guests played games and chatted, and as friends and family relaxed, celebrated, and enjoyed each other’s company.
Thanks again for having me, you two, and mega congrats!! What a magical day. xx
